Create your patient account

It takes two minutes and you do it yourself. We only ask what we need, and your details stay private.

Are you a nurse, community health worker, midwife or doctor? Health worker accounts are not opened online. Tell us who you are and we create yours, once we have verified where you work.

Registration guidance

  • Choose a username and password you can easily remember.
  • Your account is saved locally in this browser and can be used immediately to sign in and reach your dashboard.
  • Doctor registration is intentionally hidden from the public website and handled by admin only.
