Use of the platform should remain aligned with lawful healthcare delivery, appropriate patient conduct, and responsible use of medical information.

These terms explain the agreement between you and BetaDocta when you use the platform. Please read them; using BetaDocta means you accept them.

Using BetaDocta

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform for genuine health needs.
You must be old enough to consent to medical services in your region, or use the platform with a parent or guardian.
Accounts are personal; keep your login details private and let us know of any unauthorised use.

What BetaDocta is — and isn't

BetaDocta helps you reach qualified doctors and organise your care. It supports clinicians; it does not replace their judgement.
The guided health check offers first-line guidance only. It is not a diagnosis and is never a substitute for in-person care in an emergency.

Memberships and payments

Some features require a membership. Plan details and prices are shown on the Plans page.
Memberships are never required for emergencies — in an emergency, go to the nearest hospital.
In production, payments are handled by trusted providers; this build does not process real payments.

Doctors and clinical responsibility

Doctors on BetaDocta are responsible for their own clinical decisions.
Clinicians are onboarded by administrators with verified credentials in the production service.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform, attempt to access others' records, or upload harmful or unlawful content.
We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or put patient safety at risk.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service grows. Significant changes will be communicated clearly.
