What we collect
- Account details, your name, contact details, and login information so we can keep your account secure and reachable.
- Health information you share, the symptoms you describe, readings, history, photos, and voice notes you send, plus the notes a doctor or specialist adds during your care.
- Usage information, basic, non-identifying details about how the platform is used, so we can keep it reliable and easy to use.
Why we collect it
- To give you safe, useful first-line guidance and connect you with the right doctor.
- To keep your records in one place so your care stays continuous instead of starting from zero each time.
- To contact you about your consultations, follow-up, and account.
Who can see your information
- Only you and the clinicians involved in your care can see your health records.
- When a health worker opens a case for you, only the specialist chosen for that case can see it. Other clinicians cannot.
- A specialist may choose to share their name with you; you do not automatically see who will answer before they reply.
- Staff roles (patient, health worker, doctor, admin) each see only what their role needs, enforced by the database, not just the screen.
- We never sell your personal or health data to anyone.
Your choices and rights
- You can view and update your profile information at any time from your account.
- You can ask us to correct or delete information, subject to medical record-keeping obligations.
- You can withdraw consent for non-essential processing without losing access to core care features.
Keeping your data safe
- Your information is protected with encryption in transit and at rest, strict role-based access controls, and audit logging.
- The symptom checker runs on your own device, the words you type there are understood locally and are not sent across the internet.
- You may sign in with Google; we receive only your name and email to create your account, never your Google password.
