Who can see your information

Only you and the clinicians involved in your care can see your health records.
A doctor cannot open another doctor's patient records without a request that you and the treating doctor approve.
We never sell your personal or health data to anyone.

Your choices and rights

You can view and update your profile information at any time from your account.
You can ask us to correct or delete information, subject to medical record-keeping obligations.
You can withdraw consent for non-essential processing without losing access to core care features.
