Moving your body lowers blood pressure and sugar, lifts your mood, and keeps your weight healthy.
Aim for 30 minutes of activity most days. Brisk walking counts. So does farm work and dancing.

If you have a heart problem or are pregnant, ask a health worker what is safe for you.
